MetalPredict ("the Service") is a SaaS platform that provides AI-generated metal price predictions for informational purposes only. The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models to analyze market data and generate price forecasts for various metals.
MetalPredict does NOT provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All predictions, analyses, and data provided through the Service are for informational purposes only. You should not make any investment or trading decisions based solely on MetalPredict's predictions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making financial decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
While we strive for accuracy, metal price predictions are inherently uncertain. Our publicly available track record shows historical accuracy rates, but these do not guarantee future prediction accuracy. Metal prices are affected by numerous unpredictable factors including geopolitical events, natural disasters, policy changes, and market sentiment.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@metalpredict.com. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We offer a free trial period for new users. If you are unsatisfied with the Service after subscribing, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment by contacting soporte@metalpredict.com. Refunds after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account access, redistribute predictions, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Enterprise plans allow up to 5 seats as specified.
All content, predictions, algorithms, and data provided by MetalPredict are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit MetalPredict's content without written permission.
MetalPredict shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its predictions or services. This includes, without limitation, any losses from trading or investment decisions made based on our predictions. The maximum liability of MetalPredict is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
MetalPredict aggregates data from publicly available sources including exchange prices (LME, COMEX, SHFE), economic indicators, news sentiment, and other market data. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
